What actually happens when you pay
The flow is the same whichever route you take, and it is short.
- Add what you need to the cart from any product or from the certifications page, where every current price is listed by provider.
- Apply a discount code if your order clears one of the thresholds.
- Pay the full amount shown on the payment screen. Underpaying by the network fee is the single most common reason an order sits unconfirmed.
- The download link is emailed to the address on the order, normally within about thirty seconds of confirmation.
No account is created at any point, and we keep no logs beyond what the order itself requires. If something stalls, message us with the order reference rather than paying again.

Can my company buy this on invoice?
Yes. Educational content can be purchased by credit card against an invoice. Send us your company details and we will set it up.
Can I pay after my exam?
CyberServices Credit lets you take the material now and settle later. Message us on Telegram or by email for terms. It is available on OffSec certifications only.
What if I paid but nothing arrived?
Contact us with the order reference and we will trace it. Crypto confirmations occasionally lag the network; card and voucher routes can take longer still, which is why we ask you to buy at least seven days out.
Do you refund?
Case by case rather than through a blanket window, because delivery is instant and digital. If something genuinely went wrong, tell us what happened and we will work it out with you.

Before you send anything
Crypto payments cannot be reversed
That is true of any store, not just this one, and it is the reason we publish the checks we would run ourselves rather than asking you to take our word for it — domain age, whether both payment routes really work, processor registrations, and whether buyers come back for a second certification.
