These terms govern your use of cyberservices.store and any digital material you buy from it. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the store.
1. Who we are

2. What we sell
We sell digital study material for professional cybersecurity certifications: methodology guides, worked examples, report structure templates and related files. We are an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of OffSec, Hack The Box, INE, Altered Security, Zero-Point Security, EC-Council, TCM Security, PortSwigger or any other certification body. Certification names are used only to describe the exam a guide is relevant to.
We do not sit exams for you, take exams on your behalf, or guarantee any exam result. You remain responsible for registering for your exam, following the rules of the certification body, and completing your own work.
3. Orders and pricing
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price at the moment of purchase applies.
- Orders are confirmed when payment is received. Crypto payments require the stated amount on the stated network.
- We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud, abuse or a pricing error is suspected, and will refund any amount received.
4. Delivery
Files are delivered by email to the address supplied at checkout, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive them, check your spam folder and contact us. Delivery is complete when the email is sent to the address you provided.
5. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own study. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly, or upload the files to any platform, and you may not use them to provide competing products or services. You may not use the store for unlawful purposes or in breach of a certification body’s rules.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Intellectual property
The store, its text, design and the material we sell are owned by us or licensed to us. Certification names and logos belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.
8. Disclaimers
Study material is provided for educational purposes. We work to keep it accurate and current, but exams change and we cannot guarantee that every detail matches a future exam version. The material is not professional advice, and you are responsible for how you use it. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties that are not expressly stated here.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost exam fees, lost income or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
