This policy explains what personal data CyberServices CO collects when you use cyberservices.store, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
CyberServices CO, 71 Chestnut Grove, South Croydon, Surrey, CR2 7LL, England, is the data controller. Contact: admin@cyberservices.store.
2. What we collect
- Order data: name, email address, country, product purchased, order reference and delivery status.
- Payment data: the payment method, transaction reference and amount. Card details are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers. For crypto payments we store the transaction reference and, where you provide it, the refund address.
- Support messages: the content of emails or messages you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring URL, collected through server logs and analytics tools.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see section 6.
3. Why we use it
- To process your order, deliver the files and provide support (performance of a contract).
- To prevent fraud, abuse and payment disputes (legitimate interests).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interests, or consent where required).
- To send service emails about your order (performance of a contract). Marketing emails are only sent with your consent and can be unsubscribed at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
4. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with service providers that help us run the store: hosting (Hostinger), payment processors, email delivery and transactional email providers, analytics and advertising tools (including Google Analytics, Google AdSense and Microsoft Clarity), and anti-fraud or security providers. These providers process data on our instructions or as independent controllers under their own terms. We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (normally six years in the UK). Support messages are kept for up to two years. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the relevant tool. Server logs are rotated regularly.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the cart and checkout working, and analytics or advertising cookies where permitted. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; essential cookies are needed for checkout to function. Where consent is required, we ask for it before setting non-essential cookies.
7. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK or EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses with appropriate safeguards.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, email admin@cyberservices.store. We respond within one month. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
9. Security
We use HTTPS across the site, restricted access to order data and reputable processors. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
10. Children
The store is intended for adults preparing for professional certifications. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
